The highest honor, the Audience Award Grand Prix, was awarded to “and Roger” (Developer: TearyHand Studio) from Japan! The Audience Award Semi-Grand Prix went to “NearPinGO” (Developer: NearPinGO), also from Japan.

At SOWN2025, additional awards were also presented, including the “Best Technological Game Award,” “Best Arts Award,” “Best Experimental Game Award,” “Best Game Design Award,” and “Best Presentation Award.”

TearyHand Studio, the recipient of the Grand Prix, was awarded a prize of USD 3,000, while each of the other award winners received USD 500.

Pocky Award
『Parking Together!』／『Word Game』／『Warashi (Un)Real Estate Co.』
The Pocky Award is selected by Pocky, the official TGS2025 Indie Game Ambassador (video creator), choosing titles they would like to play from among all 165 entries across “SELECTED INDIE 80” and “SENSE OF WONDER NIGHT.” Gameplay videos of the three winning titles will be published later on Pocky’s YouTube channel.

“SENSE OF WONDER NIGHT 2025,” now in its 18th year, is a game-idea contest. This year’s themes are “Breaking Existing Rules” and “Adventures in Other World.” Developers of the eight finalist titles will take the stage to talk about their ideas and behind-the-scenes stories. On the day of the event, seven awards will be presented after judging. In addition, the “Pocky Award,” chosen by indie-game ambassador Pocky, will be announced at the same time!
