This year's theme

The Longest Five Days of Nonstop Play

This year, the TOKYO GAME SHOW is moving to a new stage. TGS, where games and
people from all over the world gather, transcending age and national borders to play,
connect, and envision the future,

will expand to its longest-ever five days in 2026. With
an increased scale in both the amount of play and
the passion, a show dedicated to fully experiencing games will begin.

What is TOKYO GAME SHOW?

TOKYO GAME SHOW (TGS), first held in 1996 and celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, is one of the largest game events in the world.

Toshiya Miyata (Kis-My-Ft2) has been selected as the official supporter of TGS2026. Beyond his activities as an idol, he is widely known for his overwhelming passion and deep knowledge of anime and games, including his game commentary as a founding member of the YouTube channel "After School GAMING LIFE.

Combining a realistic perspective as a player with a deep love for game culture, he plays a wide range of games across titles and genres.

At TGS2026, in order to convey the appeal of this event and games to as many people as possible, he will fully utilize his "love for games" to promote the event before it begins, and during TGS itself, he will use his unique passion and knowledge to fully convey the excitement of the venue and the latest titles.
