- Reservations are limited to 2 tickets per person for each admission day (one application for each day, maximum 2 tickets can be reserved for each day)
- Tickets are only available for purchase online through Lawson Ticket.
- All tickets are date-specific. No refunds or exchanges due to date errors.
- Admission ticket purchases may be subject to additional system usage fees, ticketing fees, etc.
- No changes or refunds will be made to purchased tickets for any reason.
- The name of the purchaser will be printed on the ticket. Confirmation will be made on site, so bring personal ID with you. Please be sure to bring your PhotoID such as "driver's license", "passport", "student ID", etc. that can confirm the name of the purchaser. Please note that if the purchaser does not show up in person, he/she will not be admitted for any reason.
- If you bring "My Number Card" for identity verification, it should be a plastic "personal number card". Please note that paper notification is not allowed.
- If you do not bring the above identification documents, it may take time to verify your identity and your entry may be delayed or you may not be allowed to enter the venue.
- In order to receive Fast Ticket privileges (privilege goods and priority admission), children must also have a Fast Ticket, regardless of their age.
- Changes to participants due to personal reasons are not permitted. Please understand this before applying.
- Please enter the same name as it appears on your identification document.

- Priority Entrance wating line starts at the time of the first train at JR Kaihin Makuhari Station.
- Fast Tickets holders may enter to the venue either through HALL 1-8 or HALL 9-11.
- Please follow a guideboard at Makuhari Messe and event staff's instruction to get in the line of priority entrance.
- After the designated time on each day, the priority entrance lane will be removed, and you will be asked to join the general admission line.Please note that priority admission is only available through the designated priority entrance lane.
- No refunds will be issued if you fail to arrive on time.
- Please note that although visitors can move from Halls 1-8 to Halls 9-11 after the doors open, they will not be able to move from Halls 9-11 to Halls 1-8 during the restricted admission period (until 10:00). Those who move from Halls 1-8 to 9-11 after the show opens will also not be able to return to Halls 1-8 during the restricted admission period.

- Children up to junior high school age and their accompanying guardians can enter the Family Game Park for free. However, if you wish to enter other areas of the Makuhari Messe venue, such as the general exhibitions, from the Family Game Park, an admission fee is required for those aged junior high school and older.
- After the venue opens, you can move from holes 1-8 to holes 9-11, but please note that you cannot move from holes 9-11 to holes 1-8 during the entry restriction period (until 10:00 AM every day). Also, even if you move from holes 1-8 to holes 9-11 after the venue opens, you will not be able to return to holes 1-8 during the entry restriction period.
- The first entry time is until 4:00 PM on Saturday the 19th and Sunday the 20th, and until 3:00 PM on Monday the 21st. Please note that even if you have an admission ticket, you will not be able to enter after these times. Re-entry is permitted until 4:30 PM on Saturday the 19th and Sunday the 20th, and until 15:30 PM on Monday the 21st.
- After the venue opens, entry will be granted in the following order: Fast Ticket holders, 1-Day Pass holders, and Special Discount Ticket holders.
