Influencer Entry
In order to enhance the ability to disseminate information, TGS will allow influencers and video creators who distribute and post live video games on streaming or Social Platforms to enter the show from the Business Day (*entry requirements apply).
General influencer entry opens from Aug 5 (Tue)!
- General influencer registration is subject to a fee.
- Badge can be purchased on "StageCrowd Tickets"
We hope that influencers will visit and experience the forefront of the game and share the information, experiences, and feelings they gain at the event with as many people as possible.
Creator Lounge
This year again, we will provide a framework for video creators and other influencers to enter the exhibition from the Business Day.
A "Creator Lounge" will be set up at the 2nd floor entrance of the Event Hall to serve as a base for influencers to visit. Inside the Creator Lounge, in addition to a rest area, there will be a test play space where you can play the titles listed below, a mini-studio for influencers to use for live-streaming, and a spot for filming.

Invited influencer
Only available to people who's invited by exhibitors, the management agency and MCN.
Period: Sep 25th (Thu) ~ Sep 28th (Sun) four days
Fee: Free
- Invited influencer by the agency and MCN, the agencies will pay the registration fee
General Influencers
Visitors will be approved for attendance after the paid ticket purchase and screening.
Period: Friday, September 26 through Sunday, September 28
Registration fee: 1,100 yen including tax / Registration fee for accompanying person: 1,650 yen including tax
- If working in a group and each member is disclosed as a member, you may be able to register one person at a time. If not published as a member, register as an accompanying person.
One accompanying person (photographer, distributor, manager, etc.) can also be registered per influencer, but the registration fee for the accompanying person must also be paid separately. The accompanying person must also be at least 18 years old.
Notices
For invited influencer
"Invited Influencers" are those who have been invited by exhibitors or their affiliated/contracted talent agency or MCN and have obtained an invitation code (promotion code) on the Web Entry Form (available Aug 5).
To influencer management offices and MCNs
If the influencer's management office or MCN accepts the terms and conditions set forth by TGS2025, the influencer/creator will be admitted as an “Invited Influencer” from the first day of the exhibition (18 years of age or older) after paying the registration fee on behalf of the influencer/creator. Each influencer may be accompanied by one person (18 years of age or older) such as a manager or film crew (registration fee is required for the accompanying person).
General Influencer
About screening conditions
General Influencers are those who have more than "30,000" registered users/followers on a single Social media, or more than "50,000" total registered users/followers on multiple Social media, and who enter the event themselves for a fee (= registration fee).
- In addition to the above, those whose submitted contents do not cause trouble (including infringement of rights) to third parties, and do not offend public order and morals.
- If, upon review of the contents of the entries by the secretariat, it is determined that the entries are extremely contrary to the basic philosophy of the organizer, the Computer Entertainment Supplier's Association (https://www.cesa.or.jp/guideline/ethics.html), or if the entries cause trouble (including infringement of rights) to third parties or are offensive to public order and morals, the entries will be cancelled by the secretariat.
- If, after approval of your registration, it is found that the content of your posts are causing inconvenience (including infringement of rights) to a third party or is offensive to public order and morals (including suggestions from a third party), we may cancel your registration or ask you to withdraw your posts.
Precautions for visiting and shooting
- Please be sure to bring the following items to the dedicated reception for influencers on the day you visiting . Failure to do so may result in refusal to issue the pass.

PDF ticket (output or QR code screen presentation)*The reception staff may ask you to present your Social media management screen.
Companion
Business card and personal identification (ID with photo, etc.)*Please be sure to check in and enter with the influencer/creator. - It is possible to take photos and videos inside the venue, but if you can identify the person in the image, please be sure to obtain permission from the person or process the image so that the person cannot be identified.
- There is a possibility that you may be accidentally reflected in photos and videos taken by others.
- At the exhibitor's booth, please follow the regulations and rules of each company when filming, streaming, etc.
- Posting on malicious Social media, shooting, distributing, posting, etc. that may cause discomfort to exhibitors and visitors are strictly prohibited.
- The Secretariat will not be held responsible for any troubles that may occur during video shooting, distribution coverage, or trial play at exhibitor booths. Please respond by yourself.
- Video shooting while walking is prohibited
- Please strictly observe the following rules regarding the use of selfie sticks. (Only influencers/creators are allowed to use selfie sticks. Please be sure to wear the "Influencer Pass" clearly.)
Please use a selfie stick with a length of less than 50 cm
Shooting with the selfie stick above your head is prohibited - The secretariat and exhibitors may repost or introduce the contents of the submitted and distributed materials.
- If any disruptive behavior is found in the venue, you may be asked to leave the venue. In addition, depending on the situation, we may check the contents of the photos and videos you have taken. In the unlikely event that we determine that there is a problem with the content, we will ask you to cease publication or delete the photo/video.
- Please pay all expenses for attendance, recording, distribution, etc. by yourself.
