TGS Forum
Business Day(9월 17일, 18일)에는 B2B 세미나인 "TGS Forum"이 마쿠하리 멧세 국제회의장에서 Business Day 방문자를 대상으로 개최됩니다.*세미나는 주로 일본어로 진행됩니다.
세미나에 참석하고자 하는 경우, Business Day 방문자 등록(유료 또는 무료) 시 등록 시스템에서 원하는 세미나를 사전 신청해 주세요. 사전 등록 후에는 등록 사이트의 "My Ticket"을 통해 참석 세미나 수를 추가하거나 변경할 수 있습니다.
강연 당일에는 강연장에 오시기 전에 당일 방문객 등록을 완료해 주시기 바랍니다.
사전 등록을 하셨더라도 당일 행사장이 만석일 경우 입석이 필요할 수 있습니다.
현장에서 세미나에 참석하는 것 외에도 TGS Forum을 온라인으로 시청할 수 있습니다. Business Day 등록 코드(초대 코드)를 보유하고 Business Day에 참석할 수 없는 경우, 해당 코드를 사용해 사전 등록 후 온라인 시청이 가능합니다.
전시 시작 후에는 Business Day 방문자 등록 시스템(EventRegist)에 로그인하여 "My Ticket"의 "Click here to view"를 통해 온라인 시청 화면으로 이동해 주세요. 아카이브 시청 마감일은 10월 2일(금요일)입니다.

TGS 포럼에서는 주최측 세션 외에도 참가업체(후원사)들이 주최하는 후원 세션이 진행됩니다. 후원 세션의 세미나 제목에는 후원사 이름이 명시됩니다. 사전 등록 또는 당일 후원 세션 참석 시, 귀하의 개인 정보(사전 등록 시 제공하신 정보 또는 명함 정보)는 사무국인 닛케이 BP에서 수집하여 제3자인 후원사에 제공합니다. 개인 정보 처리 및 제3자 제공에 대한 자세한 내용은 아래 "TGS 포럼 후원 세션 참석 관련 안내"를 참조해 주시기 바랍니다.

Information on attending the TGS Forum Sponsorship Session
The personal information that you have entered will be collected by EventRegist Co., Ltd.. It will then be managed in full compliance with Privacy Statement of EventRegist (https://info.eventregist.com/en-us/privacypolicy). Also, the same information will be provided to respective third parties, CESA (Computer Entertainment Supplier's Association), Nikkei Business Publications Inc. and Sony Music Solutions Inc., the organizers of TOKYO GAME SHOW 2026 for the purpose of the sending information (e-mail, direct mail and research questionnaire etc.). After Providing Personal Information to CESA, Nikkei Business Publications Inc. and Sony Music Solutions Inc. each will then manage your information on its own responsibility. In addition, the TOKYO GAME SHOW use a QR system for visitor's badges in order to eliminate the need for visitors to provide business cards and enter addresses and names at each exhibition booth and seminar room.
When the QR on badge presented by a visitor is scanned at an exhibition booth or seminar room, or when you pre-registered for the seminar, or when you have viewed the seminar on the online viewing page, the information you registered for attending the exhibition will be provided by co-organizer Nikkei Business Publications Inc. to the relevant exhibiting company and company supporting the seminar (speaking/presenting company). The personal information provided to each exhibiting company and each company supporting seminars will be managed at the responsibility of each company, and they may use it for introducing various items such as products, services, seminars, and surveys.
