  - Booth Space Fee -
General area
This area is for introducing digital entertainment-related products and services with a focus on game software.
Subject to exhibition: game software, online games, mobile games, game-related services and equipment, and CDs/DVDs


Ordinary booth (3 m wide by 3 m deep)
♦General fee ¥350,000 for each booth

* This fee is only for the use of the space, with no basic booth or electric engineering charges included.

♦Package booth fee ¥450,000 for each booth

- Application Procedure -
For details of the Rules Governing Tokyo Game Show 2004, please see the back of the Booth Space Application Form.
As for regulations regarding the use of booths and charges for various kinds of pay services, such as the carrying in and out of exhibit items and platform rental, please see the Exhibitors Manual.
Please see "Ethical Rules of the Computer Entertainment Supplier's Association (CESA)."
Please pay a deposit of 30% of the booth space fee upon the submission of an application.

Please enter the desired shape of the whole exhibit space (__ booths vertically by ___ booths horizontally) in the Booth Space Application Form.

Apply for booths, indicating the exhibit space shape in whole numbers.
The maximum size will be 8 booths vertically and 16 booths horizontally.
If participation using 128 booths or more is planned, please consult with the TGS Overseas Management Office (OMO), Nikkei BP, regarding the shape of the exhibit space.
Please understand in advance that the nature of the venue layout may require exhibit spaces to be altered.

  The location of booths will be determined at a booth location selection meeting to be held on Tuesday June 29, 2004 (for exhibitors that applied for 40 booths or more) and Friday July 9, 2004 (for exhibitors that applied for fewer than 40 booths). If the exhibitor will not be able to attend the booth location selection meeting, the exhibitor must entrust the booth location selection to the OMO in advance.
♦Deadline for application : June 4, 2004 (Friday)

- Cancellation of Applied-for Booths -
If an exhibitor desires to cancel some or all of the booths previously applied for, be sure to apply for the cancellation in writing. Depending on the date of the cancellation, the cancellation fee indicated below will be charged. After our receipt of the cancellation application, we will issue a cancellation bill, and payment is requested to be made within 30 days.
♦From June 5 (Saturday) - June 28 (Monday), 2004 ------- 50% of the exhibition space fee
♦After June 29 (Tuesday), 2004 -------------------------------------- 100% of the exhibition space fee

- TGS Forum and Business Day -
TGS Forum 2004 is a conference held on Business Day, targeting business persons in the entertainment business. Co-organizer, Nikkei Business Publications, Inc., will make full use of its editorial network for its high-level programs to mobilize game business leaders such as publishers, creators, developers, distribution channels, and investors.
