Business Day Ticket
Use of the Tokyo Game Show "Business Lounge" (Location: International Conference Room, Makuhari Messe International Conference Hall 2F,Hall 9-11, 2F)
In addition, a limited number of "Business Day Gold Pass" holders, who can use the TGS Business Matching System to conduct business meetings with other visitors, will be available (admission will be screened & a first-come, first-served basis).
Business Day Gold Pass holders will have access to the Business Lounge, a convenient place for business meetings.
Pre-registration is required to attend the exhibition. Please read the "Notices" below before pre-registering.
Notices
- Only persons related to the game business (those working for game-related companies, those engaged in game-related work, distributors, etc.) are allowed to enter.
- No one under the age of 18 or students (including university and college students) will be admitted. Admission with infants and preschool children is also not permitted.
- Please enter your company name, address, and other information to prove that you are a member of the game industry when applying.
- Based on the information provided at the time of application, a screening will be conducted to ensure admission to the Business Day. Please note that you may not be admitted to the Business Day due to the preliminary screening.
- We do not allow others to enter information on your behalf. When registering, please enter the correct information (name, company name, address, etc.) in person. If you arrive at the Business Day with incorrect information, we may not be able to verify your identity and you may not be admitted.
- When pre-registering for the Business Day, please register one person at a time using the e-mail address of the person who will attend the event. If you wish to apply as a group, please refer to the section at the bottom of the page titled 'TOKYO GAME SHOW 2025・Business Day・Group Registration'.
- Each registration is valid for one person ONLY.
- Business Day visitor badge is valid for the two days of Business Days (Sep 25-26).
- Business Day visitor badges may not be lent or transferred to others.
- Public Day tickets are not valid for Business Day admission.
- Advance registration will be accepted until 23:59 on Sep 16(Tue)23:59[JST]. Advance registration (free of charge) using the "Business Day Advance Registration Code" will be accepted until 23:59 on Sep 25(Wed)[JST].
- Payment for the paid pre-registration fee and the Business Day GOLD Pass can only be made by credit card. Cancellation after payment cannot be accepted.
- After completing the application, please print out the "PDF ticket" displayed in My Ticket in A4 size.
On the day of the event, please bring the PDF ticket, two business cards, and a photo identification document (driver's license, passport, or my number card) to the reception desk. - The name and company name entered will appear on the PDF ticket.
Please note that if the number of characters exceeds 13 double-byte characters (20 single-byte characters), some of the characters may not be displayed. - Resale or auctioning of tickets or passes is strictly prohibited, and admission with such tickets will not be permitted.
Gold Pass
TOKYO GAME SHOW 2025 offers the Business Day Gold Pass, a pass for Business Day visitors that facilitates smooth business meetings and networking.
Gold Pass is a premium pass that allows visitors to use the Business Lounge during TOKYO GAME SHOW 2025 Business Days (September 25 and 26), to reserve and use the lounge for business meetings, and to reserve business meetings with other visitors using Business Matching System.

- Available to make reservations for business meetings in the "Business Lounge" using the TGS Business Matching System.

Pre-registration Code Holder
The Business Day Pre-Registration Code is a 16-digit registration code distributed by exhibitors to all related persons for the Business Day.
If you have a Business Day Pre-Registration Code, please pre-register (free of charge) before coming to the venue.

Due to registration procedures, it may take some time before admission, so please complete the registration procedures before the deadline. Please note that a Business Day Pre-Registration code alone does not grant admission.

TOKYO GAME SHOW 2025・Business Day・Group Registration
TOKYO GAME SHOW accepts group (20 or more delegations) registration organized by "Game Industry Association" "Government Agencies" and "Travel Agencies" attending on Business Days (September 25 and 26).
Application Requirements
- Coordinate group registrations are limited to "Game Industry Associations", "Government Agencies," and "Travel Agencies."
- The minimum number of participants per group application is 20 people.
- The administrative fee per application is 33,000 yen (tax included).
- This applies to "Business Day Pass" and "Business Day GOLD Pass."
- Once your application is accepted, you will receive an application acceptance email from TOKYO GAME SHOW Management Office.
- Cancellations after application are NOT permitted.
