This page contains information for influencers, streamers, and creators. We provide information on how to enter TGS, as well as details on exclusive lounges available at the venue. We aim to provide useful information to help you fully enjoy TGS and create content comfortably!

To all the influencers attending:

    Influencer entry for those who will be streaming, commentating, and filming.

    For those who will be live-streaming or providing commentary at the TGS venue, we have "Influencer Tickets" available. *If you have been invited by an exhibitor or other organization and have an invitation code (QR code), you do not need to purchase a ticket.

    A dedicated area for interaction, creation, and distribution: "Creator Lounge"

    A dedicated space called "TGS Creator Lounge Presented by Twitch" has been set up within the venue, where you can not only take breaks but also network with other influencers and even edit and stream videos. Please use it as your base of operations at TGS between filming and visiting booths.

At TOKYO GAME SHOW 2026, to reach a wider audience, we are once again offering an entry window for influencers and video creators who stream and post gameplay videos on video sites and social media, allowing them to enter from the business days (※Entry conditions
apply).We hope you will experience the cutting edge of gaming at the venue and share the information, experiences, and feelings

Furthermore, those who enter as influencers will also have access to exclusive spaces such as "Red Bull Gaming Sphere on Tour" and "TGS Creator Lounge Presented by Twitch." Please come and enjoy this special experience.

  • To register, please use Stagecrowd if you live in Japan, or Trip.com if you live overseas.

Registration requirements

  • If you are working as a group and each member's profile is public, you can register each member individually.
  • If you are not publicly listed as a member, please register as a companion.
  • Each influencer can register up to one companion (e.g., photographer, live streamer, manager), but a separate registration fee is required for the companion.
  • Companions must also be 18 years of age or older.

Application requirements and notes

Selection criteria:
This is open to those who meet one of the following criteria and are able to register to attend by paying a fee (registration fee) themselves.

  • - The number of registered users/followers on a single social media platform exceeds 30,000.
  • - The total number of registered users/followers across multiple social media platforms exceeds 50,000.

In addition, submissions must not cause any inconvenience to third parties (including infringement of rights) and must not violate public order and morals.

  • - If the secretariat determines during the review process that an entry is significantly contrary to the basic principles of the organizer, the Computer Entertainment Supplier's Association (https://www.cesa.or.jp/guideline/ethics.html), or if it is found to be a nuisance to a third party (including infringement of rights), or to be contrary to public order and morals, the secretariat may cancel the entry at its discretion.
  • - If, after registration approval, it is discovered that the submitted content is a nuisance to a third party (including infringement of rights) or contrary to public order and morals (including through a third party's complaint), the registration may be canceled, or the submitted content may be withdrawn.

  • For influencers invited by agencies/MCNs, the agency/MCN will cover the registration fee.

Notices

This information is for exhibitors, or those who have been invited by their affiliated agency or MCN and have received an invitation code (QR code).

  • To influencer management agencies and MCNs
    agencies and MCNs that accept the conditions set forth by TGS2026, their affiliated/contracted influencers/creators will be able to enter the event as "invited influencers" from the first day of the event (18 years of age or older), with the registration fee covered by the agency. Each influencer may
    also be accompanied by one person (18 years of age or older), such as a manager or photography staff member (the accompanying person will also need to pay a registration fee).

Notes regarding attendance, coverage, and photography

Items to bring when checking in

Influencers and their companions must bring the following items to the influencer-only reception upon arrival. Failure to do so may result in the denial of an admission pass.

The influencer themselves

Please present the QR code screen. Reception staff may ask you to show your social media management screen.

For accompanying persons

Business card and identification (photo ID, etc.).*Please be sure to check in and enter with the influencer themselves.

Rules for filming and streaming

  • Photography and videography are permitted within the venue, but if any individuals are identifiable in the footage, please be sure to obtain their permission or process the images so that they cannot be identified.
  • When taking photos, streaming, or trying out games at exhibitor booths, please follow the regulations and rules of each company and the instructions of the TOKYO GAME SHOW Secretariat.
  • Malicious SNS posts, and any photos, streams, or posts that may cause discomfort to exhibitors or visitors are strictly prohibited.
  • The Secretariat will not be held responsible for any problems that may arise regarding photography, streaming, or trying out games at exhibitor booths. Please handle such matters yourself.
  • Taking photos while walking is prohibited.

Regarding the use of selfie sticks (strict adherence required)

  • Only influencers are permitted to use selfie sticks. Please wear your "Influencer Pass" clearly at all times.
  • Selfie sticks must be less than 50cm in length.
  • Taking photos with the selfie stick held above your head is prohibited.

About posting and publishing

  • The content you submit and share may be reposted and shared by the organizing committee and exhibitors.
  • If disruptive behavior is observed within the venue, you may be asked to leave. Depending on the situation, we may review the content of any photos or videos taken.
  • If we determine that the content is problematic, we will request that you discontinue publication and delete the photos and videos.
  • All costs associated with attending, recording, and streaming are the responsibility of each individual.

Available times for interviews and filming

Media coverage and photography activities are, in principle, limited to the operating hours of the TOKYO GAME SHOW. Please leave the venue promptly after the closing time. Unless specifically permitted by the TOKYO GAME SHOW organizing committee, you may not linger or wander around the venue, or conduct media coverage or photography activities outside of the operating hours.

Regarding coverage and photography outside of the scheduled exhibition hours.

Exhibitors' setup and dismantling work, equipment adjustments, rehearsals, internal meetings, morning and evening assemblies, and other similar activities are generally excluded from media coverage and photography. Photography, recording, streaming, and social media posting of these activities without prior permission from the TOKYO GAME SHOW Secretariat or the exhibitor are prohibited.

Handling of confidential and undisclosed information

Please refrain from photographing, recording, or publishing any content that may contain confidential information from exhibitors, including unreleased products, content under development, business documents, PC screens, monitor displays, conversations between exhibitors, and other such content, even outside of exhibition hours.

Requests from organizers and exhibitors

If the TOKYO GAME SHOW organizing committee or exhibitors request that you stop filming, move, leave, or otherwise comply with any other requests regarding interviews and photography, please do so promptly.

If you violate the above terms or fail to follow the instructions of the TOKYO GAME SHOW Organizing Committee, the Organizing Committee may, at its discretion, take measures such as suspending your influencer status, confiscating your admission pass (influencer pass), asking you to leave the venue, or refusing to register as an influencer for future Tokyo Game Shows.
