Information for Exhibitors Guidelines for Exhibitors * Overseas manufacturers that are not members are welcome to exhibit (Japanese manufacturers must be CESA members, however). No. of Booths Available Minimum No. of Booths: Approx. 1,500 Booth size: 3 m x 3 m (9 m2) Exhibition Regulations * Products that may be deemed to encounter problems in terms of ethics and/or copyright must be submitted beforehand in the form of video footage or the software itself for approval. * Only products handled by the company applying to exhibit may be exhibited. * Products other than newspapers and magazines may not be sold outside the Product Sales Area. Sales of game software, including advance sales, must not take place under any circumstances. * Neither the organizer nor the venue shall be held responsible for theft or damage to exhibits. * Detailed regulations concerning construction and other matters will be provided at the exhibitors' briefing on January 18(Thurs.). Otherwise please refer to the Exhibition Guideline Manual. Booth Allocation * Due to venue space restrictions, the organizer reserves the right to make the final decision on the number of booths allocated. * Overseas exhibitors will exhibit in the Overseas Exhibitors' Area specified by the secretariat.
